Shipping/Returns Information

Free shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S. Just choose First Class Mail and there will be no extra charge. You will be charged shipping if you choose any of the other shipping methods.  

Please allow 1 business day for all orders to be processed. Please contact us via phone if you need emergency Next Day or Second Day shipping at 1-877-485-6098. All shipping times are estimates once processing is complete and may vary depending on location of delivery. Tracking numbers are provided via email after an order is shipped. Delivery Confirmation numbers verify when the package is delivered and are available upon request.  Ely Drugs is able to ship to any street address, post office box or military address. Packages sent to a military address may be delayed by military mail handling. We require complete and accurate address information for delivery. We are unable to guarantee delayed, lost, or spoiled shipments in which an inaccurate address is provided. Ely Drugs will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses provided by a customer. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact the purchaser and correct it.  

International Orders (Canada only-we are not currently shipping over seas)  

Before placing an order, please be aware of any local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. You are fully responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs, package warehousing fees, quarantine fees and customs laws imposed on all imports to your country. Ely Drugs cannot be held responsible or accountable for any costs that you have incurred in relation to your order. If an order is destroyed or seized, Ely Drugs is unable to provide a refund. If an order is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you will be issued a credit for the merchandise alone. You will be charged for any additional shipping costs incurred by Ely Drugs to retrieve our package. You will only be credited for merchandise that is returned to Ely Drugs in the same condition it was sent.  In order to prevent fraud, Ely Drugs reserves the right to refuse any orders that may seem suspicious in any way. All international orders will be subject to verification at our discretion. International shipping costs are not calculated online. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent with the shipping cost after the order has been placed.  

Out of Stock Items 

If an out of stock item is included in your order, it will be placed on backorder until new stock has arrived. Your order will remain open for the backordered item and will be shipped as soon as it is in stock. Shipping time for backordered items can be between 5 and 30 days. Ely Drugs will notify you if an item is backordered, and you will be given the choice of shipping in stock items immediately and waiting for the backordered item. Alternately, you may choose to hold the entire order and wait until all items are in stock. If you would like to cancel your purchase of any backordered item, please contact us.  

American Sports Nutrition (ASN) Supplements 

Some ASN supplements are shipped directly from the manufacturer to ensure the highest quality and lowest price to our customers. Orders typically arrive in 5-12 business days.  

Returns

Before you finalize your order verify that your order is correct! Once you receive your shipment, and if you ordered the wrong item, contact us to discuss return options. In this scenario the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and maybe subject to a 25% restocking fee. If Ely's sent the wrong item, or the wrong quantity, please contact us and we will be glad to ship the correct quantity or the correct item at no cost to the consumer. If we sent an incorrect item, we will also provide a shipping label and postage to return the incorrect item back to Ely Drugs.
